This might be simple to handle by converting Heaviside to Piecewise?
In [1]: p = Piecewise( (0,x<0), (1,True) )
In [2]: integrate(p,(x,0,y))
Out[2]:
⎧0 for y < 0
⎨
⎩y otherwise
Very simple to implement Heaviside.rewrite(Piecewise). But the
back-conversion might be a pain because of the generality of Piecewise.
Also, there's an inconsistency...
In [3]: diff(p,x)
Out[3]: 0
