The assumptions comparable, bounded, unbounded, and infinitesimal are
confusing and of questionable use. They generally don't mean what you
might guess they mean. Comparable doesn't exist in the new assumptions.
Bounded and infinitesimal do. I think we should either rename these or
delete them.
