Symbolic determinant would be good. It should be simple to do. If anyone
is interested I recommend looking at sympy/matrices/expressions/trace.py as
a model.
A combination of MatrixSlice and BlockMatrix could be used together to
represent removing a row and column.
sympy/matrices/expressions/blockmatrix.py:blockcut() is a relevant example.
