(Symbol("n",integer=True,even=True)/2).is_integer = False !

even/odd properties for integers looks broken (for "old" assumptions). An
example:
In [2]: n=Symbol("n",integer=True,even=True)
In [3]: S(4).is_even
Out[3]: True
In [4]: (S(4)/2).is_integer
Out[4]: True
In [5]: (n/2).is_integer # Oops!
Out[5]: False
