New issue 3701 by [email protected]: Theano Printer
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=3701
I'd like to create a transformation so that SymPy expressions can be
converted to Theano computations.
Theano is a Python project that compiles a high-level math/array
representation down to numeric low-level python-callable functions that use
a mix of numpy, C, and CUDA code.
What is the best way to do this?
Should I use the printers? If so I have the following questions
1. I'd rather skip the string representation. Theano has a nice internal
graph structure that I'd like to use instead. Are printers specialized to
strings?
2. I need to pass in extra information about dtype and shape. Do printers
support additional arguments? I see for example that the default doprint
method does not.
