This is clearly impossible without major, and undesirable, changes to the
core. The only way this can work in the presence of caching is to make
x*y != y*x, which we won't do.
To have full control over the printing of "b+c+a" or "b*c*a", what we
actually need is something along the lines of issue 2768.
