In git master and 0.7.2:
In [1]: simplify((x-y)*(30*z-20)/10)
Out[1]: (x - y)⋅(3⋅z - 2)
but:
In [2]: simplify((x-y)*(40*z-20)/10)
Out[2]:
(x - y)⋅(40⋅z - 20)
