Virtual Box: it can be installed, but MS limits those images in time (time
bomb), so it would require regular reinstall :(
Correct approach would be to hack bdist to allow win-amd64 cross compile
for "pure" packages on linux.
But for now I'm thinking of quick and dirty solution to make one more
command for "build" specifically dedicated to win-amd64. As proof of
concept, I hacked the python's install and it produced working 64 installer
(see attach)
