Here is an example implementing determinant relations from the matrix
cookbook.

With Theano printing the relations found in that resource may quickly gain
computational relevance.
This blogpost [1] shows how, by defining blocked matrices we were able to
automatically improve the performance of a common and important algorithm
by 20%. I suspect that there are several other such gems that we could
produce relatively easily.
