New issue 3756 by [email protected]: Incorrect rendering in latex of gamma
function without arguments

Because the function is called 'gamma' (lower-case) in sympy, but typically
rendered as the upper-case greek letter, there is an inconsistency:
in master:
latex(gamma)
gamma
in my branch "operatorname" (GitHub PR 1981):
latex(gamma)
\gamma
it works fine in both branches with arguments, though:
latex(gamma(x))
\Gamma\left(x\right)
