Maybe just e151? That won't repr, but at least it doesn't look like 0. I personally still just think 1e151 is the best, though. To me, "not doubling" is much better than "looks like 0". But even more so, if there's some standard notation, we should just use that. What is the origin of the 0e151 notation?

Regarding the integral, open a separate issue for it. I don't entirely understand how Float precision works, nor the numerical integration algorithm, so I can't say. If you use the slower but more direct as_sum() you get an answer. Try playing with the quadrature too.
