In [64]: Lambda(x, x*y) == Lambda(z, z*y**2)
Out[64]: False

In [65]: hash(Lambda(x, x*y)) == hash(Lambda(z, z*y**2))
Out[65]: True

That's because the _hashable_content of Lambda is

def _hashable_content(self):
    return (self.nargs, ) + tuple(sorted(self.free_symbols))
