When the sign is know the logs combine. Issue 3671 still remains open.
s = Symbol('s', positive=True)
y = Symbol('y', positive=True)
t = -2*log(s) + 2*log(1/y) - log(pi) - log(2)
logcombine(t)
log(1/(2*pi*s**2*y**2))
