dummy_eq should not be used for comparing things with structural dummy
variables; this is much trickier to work out than it seems, e.g.
(Integral(x, (x, 1, 2)) + Integral(x/y, (x, 1, x))) should compare the same
as (Integral(x, (x, 1, 2)) + Integral(w/y, (w, 1, x))). What I gave above
will not work.
