I'm fine removing the MatrixSymbol from MatrixElement.free_symbols
though, really, [MatrixSymbol] should be a subclass of Symbol
A lot of SymPy assumes that Expr really means ScalarExpr. MatrixSymbol
can't subclass meaningfully from Symbol until either this is changed (I
don't think this is feasible) or Symbol does not subclass from Expr.
