modules in test

Currently, SymPy reports the version of Python and gmpy when running tests.
It should also print the versions of optional external modules. Currently,
these appear to be:
Cython
gmpy
gmpy2
IPython
matplotlib
numpy
psyco
py.test
pyglet
sage
scipy
theano
This would make it easier to debug issues involving external dependencies.
The imports should probably be done at the end of the test run so that they
don't affect the outcome of the tests.
