cos(n*(x-phi))*cos(n*x) from x=-pi..pi does not work

I've just verified that
In [11]: r/pi*integrate((cos(n*(x-phi))*cos(n*x)).expand(trig=True), (x,
-pi, pi))
Out[11]: r⋅cos(n⋅φ)
worked with the sympy version from march as well.
