Sympy Gamma get a time-out for the easy integrand
sin(x)*cosh(x)+cos(x)*sinh(x):

In a local sympy session
integrate(sin(x)*cosh(x)+cos(x)*sinh(x), x)
returns almost immediately the correct answer sin(x)*sinh(x).
If it can not do it step by step, it should at least return
the correct answer computed by some other method.
