OK, I see it too. In sympy/utilities/runtests.py we change warnings to errors using warnings.simplefilter("error", SymPyDeprecationWarning).

Running either "./bin/test test_args finite" or "./bin/test test_symbol finite" is sufficient to make tests pass, hence running the whole test suite does not trigger an error. These test files temporarily change the warning filters, but do not set it back to "error".
