New issue 3976 by [email protected]: Solve solves implicitly for Derivatives and Integrals even when implicit is flagged as False.
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=3976

Take this example.
eq = y - Integral(f(y), y)
solve(eq, y)
[Integral(f(y), y)]

Also,
eq = y - Derivative(f(x), x)
solve(eq, y)
[Integral(f(x), x)]

Should it not simply return a NotImplementedError saying that solve cannot solve the equation explicitly?
