The use case is supposed to be:
p1 = plot(...)
p2 = plot(...)
# p1 and p2 are basically list of BaseSeries instances so:
p1.extend(p2)
# or
p1.extend(p2[:])
# or
p1.append(p2[0])
Which is just the api you would expect from python lists. It would be great
if we get a pull request that adds this nicely and clearly to the
docstrings.
