Sometimes risch_integrate gives NotImplementedError: Cannot work with
non-rational coefficients in this case. This is because internally, it
can't determine if some symbolic value is rational or not. I think it
should just assume that it isn't. A simple example is
risch_integrate(exp(I*x)*exp(k*I*x), x).
