I think this issue can now be closed.
In [1]: Product(n,(n,1,2))
Out[1]:
2

│ │ n
│ │
n = 1
In [2]: _.doit()
Out[2]: 2
In [3]: Product(x*y, (x, 1, 2), (y, 1, 3))
Out[3]:
3 2
┬───┬ ┬───┬
│ │ │ │ x⋅y
│ │ │ │
y = 1 x = 1
In [4]: _.doit()
Out[4]: 288
