It seems they differ by a minus sign.
In [34]: a = -2**(s - 4)*gamma(s/2 - 3)/gamma(-s/2 + 1)
In [35]: b = -2**(s - 4)*gamma(s/2)/gamma(-s/2 + 4)
In [36]: simplify(a/b)
Out[36]: -1
