I setup the sympy-patches:

google group for reviewing patches. You can easily configure the hg to
sent patches to that group, technical details are explained in:

http://code.google.com/p/sympy/wiki/HgWorkflow

The idea is so that everyone can comment on things before they get
committed. The code is supposed to work and pass all tests - the
review is for checking long term goals, like if the bugfix is really
fixing the cause of the bug, not just making the tests pass, some
possible pitfalls, etc. etc. It simply serves as a convenient way for
anyone to say I don't like it, before it gets committed.
