As a test for math in Sphinx I added the following to a .rst file that worked.
When I did
make html the html file said that ..math:: was an unknown directive. What did
I do wrong (does
Sphinx have to be initialized in a special way to enable ..math:: ?
.. math::
:nowrap:
\begin{equation}
X = \int_{0}^{1} \Gamma (z) dz
\end{equation}
