So I think I have a fix for issue 1263, but when I run "python setup.py test" I get one error (test_issue1016). When I run py.test for that one test or for that entire file, it doesn't have an error. When I run py.test on the entire tree, I get two additional different errors (test_rsolve_bulk[18] and test_rsolve_bulk[22]).
