To what extent should I tailor each application with respect to explaining the math behind my application. For example, will the PSF and PSU people know enough about differential to know that my application (ordinary differential equations) and Priit's application (partial differential equations) are really distinct proposals?
So far I have copied verbatim the PSF application. I will work on fitting it to the PSU format and fixing both later tonight.
