Ok, after couple hours I managed to move most of the wiki and get it
update to the latest mediawiki:

http://72.14.182.119/wiki/Main_Page

Aaron, could you please try if the unicode works now? If anyone
volunteers to maintain it, I'll create you an account. What remains is
to port the Python printing syntax (see the examples in the wiki, they
don't yet work).
