Even after I submit, we should make sure that this is what we want. Also, it would be good to go through the ideas wiki and clean it up: http://wiki.sympy.org/wiki/GSoC2010Ideas (These are both links that I provided in the application). Ondrej, if you are around, could you submit this under your account? I am not sure, but I do not want to become the admin of the organization if we become accepted because I am the one who submitted the application and then be unable to apply as a student.
