thanks for the proposal. I suggest you submit it, both for PSF and PSU, as you can edit it later on. Then I have some suggestions for further improvement.: * try to write more about detailed steps which inequalities you want to solve and how * what functionality you want to implement (you only write "Start to implement finding the solutions of the ecuation and write unit testing functions.", btw notice the typo, also another typo in "similat") * if you feel like it, try to expand the proposal with more details overall, so that people that will be reviewing it at PSF can get better idea about the project, what it will achieve and that you will be able to finish it on time.
