Are you asking if any one can push in patches for the pages? Yes, just go to the devel page: http://sympy.org/dev/development.html go to the bottom ("Sources of the webpages") and you get to the git repo. Everyone in the sympy organization at github should have push access. Let's just use pull requests for that.
