Hi, if somebody is interested in coming to Sage Days 29, William should be able to pay the flight ticket+lodging. So it's a great opportunity to meet people and do some work (for example googling through sage lists and fixing bugs that people reported over there). I can't come myself unfortunately (working on my dissertation now), but I would highly recommend to come.
Feel free to ask me or William offlist if you have any questions that you don't want to discuss on the list.
