Hi everyone.

I am now off of classes, so my top priority is to get the release out.
My goal is to have the release out by the end of the month.

There are some things that need to be done before the release:

- Fix all blocking issues:
I have spent the past few days going through the
milestone-release0.7.0 issues
(http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/list?q=label:Milestone-Release0.7.0)
and fixing many of them. If people can help review any that have
patches
(http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/list?can=2&q=label%3AMilestone-Release0.7.0+label%3ANeedsReview),
that would help. Also, if people can help fix those that don't yet
have patches, that too would help.

- Write release notes:
This is not going to be easy. There have been almost 2000 commits
since the last release (git describe --tags master). I have created
https://github.com/sympy/sympy/wiki/Release-Notes-for-0.7.0. Please
help fill it out. This is the easiest thing that you can do if you
want to help with the release. Just go through the git log and see
what has changed, and put it in the notes. Don't worry about
formatting too much on that page; it will be converted to plain text
when it is released. The old release notes are at
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/wiki/Changes (eventually these will
need to be moved over to the new wiki, but that isn't really priority
right now).

There are at least two major changes, which are the polys and quantum
code. I'd like to ask Mateusz and Brian and his students,
respectively, to write those sections. Are there any other major
changes? I don't remember.

- If anyone knows of any major problems that need to be fixed (like a
test failure in master), please open an issue for it and mark it as
milestone-release0.7.0 (a patch would help too).

- I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but at least these are the major
things. Once I get a release candidate out, I will need help testing
it, but that will not come until we fix all the blocking issues.

GSoC students, this is great community bonding exercise. And since
all of you have submitted a patch for this release for the first time,
once we get the release out, you will have your names out there in the
AUTHORS file and the release notes.
