Here is a pull to address the symbolic WignerD class that was mentioned [0], any review would be appreciated. It was mentioned by Ondrej to maybe use eval=False to work with current machinery, but I'm not familiar with how this machinery works, if anyone is willing to point me on that, I could change the evaluation method for the WignerD class.
