It might be interesting to post the source to this document as a github
pull request and use our standard reviewing system. We wouldn't have to
ever accept this pull into SymPy but using the github mechanics might
actually simplify things. Of course, it might also just make everything
much more complex :)

On a tangential note does anyone know of community created/reviewed
academic articles written using the open source development chain?
