Hi,

About a day ago I've merged the bulgarian translation of the tutorial and a
number of problems showed up. I've just gone trough all the translation
task to check for the same problems. Most of them are present. So here is a
summary:

all tasks: The students translated the tutorial firstly to a .doc file or
something like that because in the issue description there was no mention
about a pull request. Only then we asked them to make a pull request.
Moreover, in the issue description we demand a translation of the html file
for 0.7.1, not the txt file from current git.

german. In progress. Seems perfectly done. There is no mention in the
discussion which file exactly to translate but the student correctly chose
the one in git. Maybe because he is already a member of translation teams
on Launchpad.

french: In progress. Seems perfectly done. In the discussion we demand the
0.7.1 txt and then correct ourself and demand the current git.

polish: In progress. Already translated the 0.7.1 txt file. Does not know
how to make a pull request. Again no mention what exactly to translate in
the discussion except a link to the bulgarian task.

bulgarian: Closed. In the task description we asked for translation of the
0.7.1 tutorial. Then we corrected the request and asked for the current git
tutorial. The student reused what he has done and submitted translation of
the git tutorial with some parts copied from the 0.7.1. I merged it. Alexey
fixed a number of problems after the merge.

serbian: In progress. It's not clear what exactly is being translated at
the moment. No mention in the task discussion.

czech: Reopened. In the task discussion we demanded current git.

I'm certainly missing some details. Please comment if somethings not right.
I'll also go to the open tasks and to the issue tracker to make the task
description a bit more precise.

Stefan
