Where does this markup come from and what does it mean? For example in
sympy/functions/elementary/miscellaneous.py there are entries like
L{sqrt}, L{RootOf}, L{real_root}, L{integer_nthroot}
in See Also section. The numpydoc Sphinx extension doesn't recognize them.
