That looks like a problem unrelated to SymPy-Bot per se. It's something wrong with your installation of the AppEngine software. You might try updating. The latest version of the SDK is 1.6.3 (http://code.google.com/appengine/downloads.html). You should do that anyway, actually, as older versions of the SDK likely won't properly simulate the application in deployment.
