I don't think you did.  All the labels should have descriptions on
them to explain what they do.  You can ask here if you are unsure.

By the way, anyone who is doing any reasonable participation in the
community can get access to the issue tracker.  Just let me know.
Because this will make things easier for me if you can add the labels
to the issues yourself instead of me having to go in and do it.
