Hi, I'm Anurag, a Physics student from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. I work on computational problems in quantum physics using various algorithms to solve the Schrodinger's equation. I would like to work on implementing *p**osition and momentum basis functions* in sympy's Quantum module. I've read the project idea and I think that along with the position and momentum basis kets and the respective operators 'X' 'P', it would be nice if we could define other operators like the Hamiltonian 'H', Kinetic energy 'T' and Potential 'V' in terms of the X and P operators which would surely help when solving cases like H atom or a Simple Harmonic oscillator. Other than that, defining a Fourier transformation from x to p will be useful and Implementing more advanced stuff like Time independent perturbations can be used to study energy level splitting.
