Hii matthew, Firstly thanks for the suggestions. I have suggested linear regression just as a stepping stone to symbolic regression. Even though both are different in many ways what i would like to suggest is that sympy to support symbolic regression (which I thought of including based on the response from the mentors or others)and along with it to provide support for linear as well as non linear regression.I have mentioned only few things to know more from you. If you like I would i would give detailed explanation on symbolic regression.
