I am not accepted this year. However, I really want to work on this
project. Will the implementation of Manuel Kauers' Algorithm described
in my proposal ("Implementing Algorithm to Find the Limits of
Series")

make sympy better? Can I make this idea more concrete? Or should I
look for other ways to contribute.
