Now, I'll discuss the problems that we are having. 1. Calculation of T's. The paper says that value of T's can be given in terms of coeff of original quintic and says that for (*1), the values of T are given in the appendix. The problem is, there is no appendix attached to the paper. I've googled a bit but still can't find the appendix. I believe this appendix is of a book written by DS Dummit mentioned at the end of the paper. Anyway, the paper does mention the values of T's for x^5 + ax + b =0.
2. The same problem occurs for the value of 'O' that is used in determining order of the l's. No appendix to be found. Value of 'O' given for x^5 + ax + b =0 only. For there to be any progress, I would require these values. Otherwise, we can only solve quintics of the form x^5 + ax + b =0. So, if someone has the book mentioned at the end of the paper, please see the appendix and post the values of T's and 'O'.
