I did some cleanup and a _lot_ of refactoring. The following ideas were removed because they were implemented in previous GSoCs (right?): - Spin stuff for the quantum module
I also removed most of the difficulty ratings because they were arbitrary and completely changing from section to section. In the introduction paragraphs there was a lot of repetition.
