I wasn't aware of SymPy until about 10 minutes ago (sitting in a PyData keynote at the moment). I've been writing some code in python over the past year or two for my research that overlaps considerably with SymPy. I'm wondering how much you guys already have involving the following:
* combinatorics for the symmetric group: Young coset representative, descent sets, and some more esoteric stuff * q-polynomials and other noncommuative algebra * q-combinatorics * Manin-Schechtman graphs * nil Hecke algebras I'd like to discuss integrating some of my code into SymPy if that would make sense, given the project's goals and mine. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sympy" group.
