Hmm .. I think it can be done but thinking it through and going through the code in quantum module will take some time. My final exams start in 2 days and will continue past 3rd May. Is it okay if I discuss those ideas here on the mailing list after 9th of May (which will be after the application deadline obviously) and still get them considered as part of my proposal? The final allotment will be on 27th of May so I suppose before this time, I can think more about this and solidify whatever ideas I get. > By the way, real vector spaces and complex vector spaces are fundamentally different. In general, you can actually use any field, but that is probably too > algebraic form what you are trying to implement. Fundamentally different? How? I thought that just the field over which the vector space is defined changes in this case. Obviously *C* is algebraically closed so that might mean something here but I am probably missing the point. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sympy" group.
