I see --- it points to sympy.github.com, which might have been working before, but not anymore, maybe due to github's move to github.io. In any case, I have just changed it to 204.232.175.78 per your advice. Please allow about 4 hours to propagate. You can see when your dns server will refresh its cache above: 14396s = 3.9988h.
