Hi. Sorry for being a bit slow in work, had to get back to college, Anyhow I just got my internet connection back, I think I completed, all the heuristics that Raoul gave me in the paper. This is the PR, https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/2308 . Sean could we get this PR merged before I start work on the ODE solving methods, so that everything works smooth?
