Right, another PR I should finish -.- The algorithm inside is complete and can sum "anything" of the form: p(x) / q(x) * a**x with a const. and |a| \neq 1 It is a superset of Gosper code as far as I understood. The open point is to tell Sum to use this code. Apart from a general review of course.
